POSH training workshop held in Noida

Giving a head start to the District Administration’s initiative to launch a mobile application for redressal of workplace harassment claims, the firm collaborating with the administration recently conducted an inaugural training program on women’s safety at the Noida Special Economic Zone. The workshop aimed educating employees about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) law and was presided by the District Magistrate.

“As we are on our way to developing the app, it was necessary to start the workshops at offices now as better awareness will lead to better implementation of the law,” said Ravi Gupta from InterraIT which is developing the mobile application.
